Panel Discussion: Turkish Public Diplomacy in the Balkans

Center for Political, Economic and Social Research today held the second panel discussion on Turkish Public Diplomacy in the Balkans.

The speakers of the panel were Prof. Dr. Serdar Serdaroğlu and Omer Rahmi Serim from TRT Skopje Television. At the panel was discussed about the Turkish institutions operating in the Balkans.
