The Center for Political, Economic, and Social Research hosted a panel discussion today on the topic “Russia, Foreign Policy and Western Balkans – Case Study: North Macedonia” with panelists Prof. Dr. Mersel BIlalli from the American University of Europe – FON, and Dr. Muhamed Jashari, moderated by Dr. Murat Aliu from the “Mother Teresa” University in Skopje.
The panel focused on the discussion of Russia’s foreign policy regarding the Western Balkans with an emphasis on North Macedonia.
