Panel Discussion: The Balkans between Nationalism and Europeanization

The Center for Political, Economic, and Social Research hosted a panel discussion today on the topic “The Balkans between Nationalism and Europeanization” with panelists Mirela Saiti and Rilind Dauti.

The panelists discussed the treatment of nationalism as a notion, the definition of the term nationalism, and its impact on North Macedonia and the Balkan countries in general. Additionally, the panel focused on the process of integrating the Balkan countries into the European Union, Euroscepticism, progress, current inter-neighboring challenges of the Balkan countries that prolong the progress of European integration, and other related topics.

Panel diskutim: Ballkani ndërmjet nacionalizmit dhe europianizimit

Në kuadër të qendrës për studime politike, ekonomike dhe sociale u realizua panel diskutimi me temë “Ballkani ndërmjet nacionalizmit dhe europianizimit” me panelistë Mirela Saiti dhe Rilind Dauti.

Panelistët diskutuan rreth trajtimit të nacionalizmit si nocion, definimit të termit nacionalizëm dhe impakti i saj në Maqedoninë e Veriut dhe vendet e Ballkanit në përgjithësi. Në të njëjtën kohë, gjatë panelit u debatua edhe për procesin e integrimit të vendeve të Ballkanit në Unionin Evropian, euroskepticizmi, progresi, sfidat aktuale ndërfqinjësore të vendeve të Ballkanit që prolongojnë ecurinë e eurointegrimit, dhe të tjera.
