Opening remarks were delivered by distinguished guests, including Dr. Ahmet Köroğlu, Chair of the International Symposium on Balkan Periodicals; Elijas Rebronja, Director of the Dositej Obradović State Library in Novi Pazar; Yunus Dilber, Director of Yunus Emre Institute Skopje; Vedat Ahmed, President of the Supreme Islamic Council of Bulgaria; Mafiz Rrustemi, Director of the Diaspora Department at the Islamic Religious Community; and Dr. Sevba Abdula, Director of the Balkan Studies Foundation.
Following the opening addresses, the symposium continued with its inaugural session. Over the course of two days, a total of 40 scholarly presentations will be delivered.
