Born in 1983 in Fatih, Istanbul, Mustafa Öztürk after completion of his undergraduate studies at Sakarya University, majoring in Economics, he embarked on a path of advanced scholarship by enrolling in the master's program in Economic History at Marmara University. He completed his master's degree with the study titled "Hülasatü'l Efkar Newspaper and the Economic and Social Situation of the Ottoman Empire between 1873-1875." He furthered his education within the same academic domain, ultimately earning a doctoral degree with his dissertation, titled "Cavid Bey's Economic Thought and Practices." At present, Mustafa Öztürk serves as a Research Assistant Doctor at Kırklareli University's Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, where he continues to contribute to the academic community.
