Born in 1970 in Gostivar. He completed his undergraduate studies at the Faculty of Islamic Theology in Istanbul in 1996. Subsequently, he pursued a master's degree in the field of psychology of religion at Marmara University, and at the same university, he achieved his Ph.D. in psychology of religion in 2004. Since 1998, he has been serving as imam (priest) at the Sahat Mosque In Gostivar. During 2001–2004, he was a member of the Majlis Shura of the Islamic Religious Community of RNM. He is a member of the Editorial Board of the Summary Papers at the Faculty of Islamic Sciences in Skopje. Since 2006, Lecturer at the Faculty of Islamic Studies in Novi Pazar. He is the General Director of the Science and Culture Foundation "Diturija," Gostivar.
