Elif Rusiti, born in Tetova in 1994, graduated from the Faculty of Literature at Trakya University in 2016 with a degree in Turkish Language and Literature. She then pursued a Master’s in Modern Turkish Literature at Marmara University’s Institute of Turkish Studies. In 2021, she participated in the Ottoman Transcription and Compilation Committee, contributing to the preparation of Fettah Efendi’s poems for publication in Skopje. During her studies, she also received professional training in Theater and Hosting and has served as a host for various symposiums and programs. In 2023, she successfully completed her Master’s thesis, titled “Balkan History, Geography, and Culture in the Poetry of Skopje’s Poet Fettah Efendi.” She is now pursuing PhD studies in Turkish Language and Literature.
