Conference on International Law, Politics, and Memory: 30th Anniversary of the Srebrenica Genocide is successfully concluded

The 30th Anniversary Conference of the Srebrenica Genocide has officially took place at the Balkan Studies Foundation in Skopje.
In the opening session, speeches were delivered by:
- Mr. Afrim Gashi, President of the Assembly of the Republic of North Macedonia
- Mr. Munir Kolasić, President of the Bosniak Democratic Union
- Mr. Muammer Džananović, Institute for Research of Crimes Against Humanity and International Law, Sarajevo
- Mr. Enes Kafadar, President of the Worldwide Lawyers Association
- Mr. Qenan Ismaili, Mufti of Skopje
- Assoc. Prof. Dr. Bujamin Bela, Director of the Center for Political, Economic, and Social Research
- Dr. Sevba Abdula, Director of the Balkan Studies Foundation

The opening conference was delivered by Prof. Dr. Satvinder Juss, a distinguished legal scholar from King’s College London.
Their remarks marked the beginning of a meaningful program dedicated to remembering the victims, confronting the past, and reinforcing the commitment to justice and peace.
