He was born in 1970 in Çanakkale, with roots from Tuzla in Istanbul. Ibrahim Zeyd Gercik completed his undergraduate education at Istanbul University's School of Business, majoring in Public Administration, and graduating in 1992. Subsequently, he pursued a master's degree in Behavioral Sciences at the same university and his PhD in Business Administration at Beykent University SBE. Throughout his career, he has held academic positions, serving as a Sociology Instructor at Tokat Gazi Osman Paşa University and later as a Public Administration Instructor at Kırıkkale University. Complementing his academic pursuits, he enriched his expertise through the completion of the "Human Resources Expertise" program at a distinguished private training and consultancy firm. This diversification in his professional journey led him to managerial roles in various domains, including Education, Public Relations, Research, and Planning. Since 2003, he has been dedicated to delivering training and consultancy services to a spectrum of companies and institutions, specializing in the fields of management and management psychology. Presently, he operates as an independent Management Consultant and Trainer.
