Elif Rusiti was born in Tetova in the year 1994. In 2016, she graduated from the Faculty of Literature at Trakya University with a degree in Turkish Language and Literature. Subsequently, she enrolled in the Master's program in New Turkish Literature at Marmara University's Institute of Turkish Studies. In 2021, she participated in the Ottoman Transcription and Compilation Committee for the preparation of Fettah Efendi's poems to be published in Skopje. During her university education, she also received professional training in Theater and Hosting. She has served as a host in various symposiums and programs. As of the year 2023, she is preparing her Master's thesis titled "Balkan History, Geography, and Culture in the Poetry of Skopje's Poet Fettah Efendi."
