Born in 1995 in Skopje, Berat Alili completed his undergraduate studies in the field of Psychology at the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities, International Balkan University, in 2020. He is currently pursuing his master's studies in Psychology at the Faculty of Philosophy, "Sc. Cyril and Methodius University" in Skopje. In addition, he is actively engaged in training and education related to Gestalt Psychotherapy. Throughout the year 2022-23, he served as a psychologist in both public and private institutions. Presently, he holds the position of Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Balkan Studies Foundation. Berat has actively participated in various informal courses, training programs, and research projects. He is proficient in English, Macedonian, Turkish, Arabic and German.
